[KS: The catalog is based on clgal_cat.txt. I ran SExtractor on the F814W image in ASSOC mode, and recorded x,y, A, B and theta, then converted to lenstool's conventions. If a galaxy was below the detection threshold or deblending threshold, I assigned it a circular shape with theta=0 and arbitrarily A=B=0.001 (there were 18 such galaxies); The magnitudes are taken from clgal_cat.txt for all the galaxies, and the ID should match that file. x,y are measured from the simulated F814W image, and the coordinates are in arcsec.]
